Little Moon Children’s Yoga classes are fun and creative, encouraging movement and explorative play. Each class begins and ends with a mindfulness meditation, bringing awareness to breath and the physical body, providing tools to calm and ease the child.
‘My goal is for children to understand their inner selves, their physical body, and their surrounding environments. I do this by opening and closing every class with breathing exercises & meditation, promoting gross and fine motor skills as well as crossing the midline and balance, and finally, activities that engage the child with their physical surroundings.’ – Jess
DATES & TIMES
Classes are 45 minutes long and will continue for 10 weeks.
Wednesdays: September 19 – November 28th
no class 11/21 for Thanksgiving ; make up class will be held December 5th if Ms. Jess is unable to attend a class due to illness or other unforeseen circumstance.
Class 1 — 3:30 – 4:15
Class 2 — 4:15 – 5:00
