Little Moon Children’s Yoga classes are fun and creative, encouraging movement and explorative play. Each class begins and ends with a mindfulness meditation, bringing awareness to breath and the physical body, providing tools to calm and ease the child.

I do this by opening and closing every class with breathing exercises & meditation, promoting gross and fine motor skills as well as crossing the midline and balance, and finally, activities that engage the child with their physical surroundings.’ – Jess

**If Ms. Jess is unable to attend a class, make up classes will be held on 11/13 and 11/15
Classes this year will be 45 minutes! This extra 15 minutes allows the children more time to explore the facets of yoga within their body and social-emotional learning. We’ll have more time for reading yoga books, practicing calming breath, meditating, and moving our bodies!
Class 1: 3:15 – 4:00
Class 2: 4:15 – 5:00
In the event that Ms. Jess is unable to attend a class, make-up days will be the week of November 26th.
$208 for 8-weeks and 45 minute classes
EARLY BIRD PRICING: 10% off until end of the day on Labor Day
When registering, please choose a day that works for you. No make-up days are given. If you are registering late, please fill out the registration form and email Jess so she can send you the PayPal link for the pro-rated prices.
Preference for the 3:15 class will be given to students going to 3:00 carpool.
