Little Moon Children’s Yoga classes are fun and creative, encouraging movement and explorative play. Each class begins and ends with a mindfulness meditation, bringing awareness to breath and the physical body, providing tools to calm and ease the child.
‘My goal is for children to understand their inner selves, their physical body, and their surrounding environments. I do this by opening and closing every class with breathing exercises & meditation, promoting gross and fine motor skills as well as crossing the midline and balance, and finally, activities that engage the child with their physical surroundings.’ – Jess
Classes are 45 minutes long and will continue for 10 weeks.
January 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, Feb 6th, 13th, 20th, March 13th, 27th, April 3, with a make-up class on April 10
Ms. Jess is going on vacation (woo!) so there will NOT be yoga on February 27 and March 6. The make-up class on April 10 is for snow days or if Ms. Jess is unable to attend yoga class for any other reason.
