Little Moon Children’s Yoga classes are fun and creative, encouraging movement and explorative play. Each class begins and ends with a mindfulness meditation, bringing awareness to breath and the physical body, providing tools to calm and ease the child.

‘My goal is for children to understand their inner selves, their physical body, and their surrounding environments. I do this by opening and closing every class with breathing exercises & meditation, promoting gross and fine motor skills as well as crossing the midline and balance, and finally, activities that engage the child with their physical surroundings.’  – Jess

Fall 2019 – Classes are 45 minutes long for 11 weeks

Fall : September 25th, October 2nd, October 16th, October 23rd, October 30th, November 6th, November 13th, November 20th, December 4th

*Make up day is December 18th and November 27th is off due to the Thanksgiving Holiday
