Inspired Teaching!

Little Moon Children’s Yoga classes are fun and creative, encouraging movement and explorative play. Each class begins and ends with a mindfulness meditation, bringing awareness to breath and the physical body, providing tools to calm and ease the child

This session’s curriculum is called Mindful Feelings + Big Emotions. We’ll be working on using the basics of yoga movement as a foundation for developing social and emotional skills, cultivating an understanding of mindfulness with regards to the senses and the emotions.
